Detox with D-Toxol®
A novel new supplement incorporating focused detoxification and/or toxin blocking components in combination with a group of proven Glutathione precursors and detoxification organ support nutrients.
Today we are all exposed to hundreds of dangerous new man-made toxins such as radiation, EMF’s, plastics, fire retardants, rocket fuel residue, BPA, phthalates, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, animal hormones and antibiotics, fluoride, food preservatives, aspartame, MSG, pesticides, and many others. Almost none of these toxins existed just a few decades ago. As a result, our detoxification mechanisms and our immune systems are not equipped to deal with many if not most of them.
NOTE: D-Toxol® is designed to be used with D-Toxol® Accelerator® or L-glycine for maximum effectiveness.
D-Toxol® is intended to supplement the body with nutrients proven to aid and assist in the manufacture of glutathione, and to supply proven chelating agents, blocking agents, and neutralizing agents to help minimize their deleterious effects on the human body and health in general. It also contains nutrients proven to support immune function and detoxification processes involving the liver and kidneys. Individual ingredients in D-Toxol® have been proven to be effective for many detoxification functions and against numerous toxins as outlined in the Ingredients section below. D-Toxol® also addresses several increasingly common methylation defects which prevent normal detoxification and multiple processes of cellular metabolism.
For those with specific but rare methylation gene defects causing over methylation, D-Toxol® can cause worsening of some symptoms. The antidote for such reactions is our special product named Methyldote®. If you are ordering D-Toxol® for the first time you should also purchase one bottle of Methyldote® to use if you have an increase in symptoms because of taking D-Toxol®.

Ingredients per capsule
ACETYL L-CYSTEINE (NAC), 80 mg
NAC helps the body defend against almost all toxins and works exceptionally well for supporting liver functions. As a powerful detoxifier of heavy metals and drugs, NAC is the primary hospital treatment for acute and cumulative acetaminophen (Tylenol) poisoning. More importantly, NAC is the body’s main ingredient for the manufacture of glutathione (GSH). GSH is known as “the Mother of all Antioxidants”. University studies have clearly shown that glutathione possesses a unique ability to slow the aging process and aids in the protection of all cells and membranes. A Harvard study found that glutathione is especially able to enhance immune system cells, protecting against damage from radiation and helping to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, x-rays, and alcohol. GSH also aids in the treatment of many blood and liver disorders.
ALPHA LIPOIC ACID (ALA) 20 mg
ALA is a powerful antioxidant that supports normal blood sugar, vision health, and detoxification. Toxins are stored in fat cells. Because ALA is uniquely both fat- and water-soluble, it can get into all parts of the cell to help neutralize toxins. It also has the impressive ability to help regenerate vitamin E, vitamin C, and—most importantly—glutathione.
ANHYDROUS TRIMETHYLGLYCINE (TMG) 30 mg
TMG is a powerful “methyl donor”. Methyl molecules are essential to help DNA prevent the expression of harmful genes, such as cancer genes. TMG also assists in proper functioning of the liver, as well as in treating pre-existing liver problems, and has been used to reduce the accumulation of fat in the liver.
Research on TMG reveals the following:
1. Prevents homocysteine levels from rising
2. Decreases the amount of fat tissue
3. Used to treat homocystinuria
4. Improves neurological development in homocystinuria
5. Will improve homocystinuria that is not responsive to pyridoxine
6. Improves dry mouth
7. Increases levels of hepatic S-adenosylmethionine
8. Prevents alcohol –related fatty liver
9. Contributes to fat degeneration (steatosis)
10. Reduces liver triglycerides levels
11. Reduces liver lipidosis
12. Used in treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis
13. Reduces cholesterol
14. Reduces beta-lipoproteins
15. Decreases seizures
16. Decreases incidence of death from seizure
17. May be an effective antimicrobial.
ARTICHOKE EXTRACT (>10:1 extract) 15 mg
Artichoke extract has the proven ability to stimulate regeneration of liver cells. It also raises the secretion of bile in the liver. Many toxins are bound to bile by the liver, and then excreted into the intestine via the gallbladder. Increasing bile production can increase toxin mobilization into the intestine where it can be captured by sodium alginate (see below) to prevent re-absorption by the intestines.
ASHWAGANDHA ROOT (>4:1 powder extract) 20 mg
Ashwagandha, an Indian ginseng, has been proven in multiple studies to work as an excellent immune booster, and selectively kills tumor cells. It also possesses anti-inflammatory, stress relieving, antioxidant and rejuvenating properties.
BACOPA MONNIERA EXTRACT (>45% bacosides) 15 mg
One of the very few known substances proven to counteract the damaging effects on cognitive function and mental performance from non-ionizing radiation and oscillating magnetic and electric fields (also known as EMF’s) generated by power lines, radar and microwave towers, television and computer screens, motors, fluorescent lights, microwave ovens, cell phones, electric blankets, house wiring and hundreds of other common electrical devices.
BETA-1,3 GLUCAN 50 mg
Beta-1,3 Glucan is proven in use against high cholesterol, diabetes. It is a powerful and proven anti-cancer substance, and dramatically improves immune function, and is also an antioxidant. Studies by the U.S. Army showed that it is also powerful protection against lethal dosages of radiation.
BIOTIN 1500 mcg
Biotin is necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, and the metabolism of fats and amino acids. Biotin assists in various metabolic reactions involving the transfer of carbon dioxide. It supports glucose metabolism by stimulating glucose-induced insulin secretion in pancreatic beta cells and by accelerating glucose metabolism in the liver. Biotin also enhances muscle insulin sensitivity by increasing uptake of glucose by the muscle cells.
VITAMIN B-1 (Thiamine Pyrophosphate) 9 mg
Vitamin B-1 deficiency is now a very common because it is depleted by chlorinated pesticides and formaldehyde, two ubiquitous toxins. B-1 is the primary treatment for alcohol induced toxicities. It also converts carbohydrates into energy, and maintains normal function of the nervous system, heart, and muscles. It is essential to restore the body’s primary antioxidant defense components: glutathione and alpha lipoic acid.
VITAMIN B-2 (Riboflavin 5 Phosphate) 5 mg
Riboflavin 5-phosphate (the active form of vitamin B-2) helps block free-radical damage by recycling glutathione. It also plays a key role in the production of energy and helps to shore up the immune system by reinforcing antibody reserves. Combined with a minimal amount of Iron (also included in D-Toxol®), riboflavin is essential for producing the red blood cells that carry oxygen throughout the body. The body uses extra riboflavin to keep tissue in good repair and speed healing of wounds, burns and other injuries.
VITAMIN B-6 (Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate) 9 mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (the active form of vitamin B-6) is depleted by many toxic substances. Vitamin B6 deficiency makes it very difficult for the liver to detoxify.
VITAMIN B-12 (Methylcobalamin 60 mcg and Hydroxocobalamin 60 mcg)
These forms of vitamin B-12 have been proven to protect the brain from the damage of ingesting aspartame-containing artificial sweeteners, food additives such as MSG or meat that has been ‘browned’ or smoked. It protects the cognitive function of those suffering chronic fatigue syndrome, stroke, depression, Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological diseases. It is also a powerful methyl donor (as discussed above). Researchers have found that gamma-irradiation of the whole body or of the abdomen decreased absorption of B-12 causing B-12 deficiency.
VITAMIN C (Calcium Ascorbate) 27 mg
Calcium Ascorbate is 80% vitamin C and 20% calcium. Calcium ascorbate is less acidic than other types of vitamin C, and provides much better absorption than the most common form of vitamin C (ascorbic acid). As an antioxidant it protects the body from a wide range of toxins and acts as an immune system strengthener. It is essential for growth and repair of tissues and helps the body to cope with physical and mental stress. Calcium ascorbate is also a key component to proper protein digestion. Most importantly, it maximizes NAC absorption and helps protect existing glutathione stores.
CALCIUM D-GLUCARATE 20 mg
Calcium D-glucarate is proven for preventing breast, prostate, and colon cancer. It is extremely efficient for removing cancer-causing toxins, and exhausted and oxidized (spent) hormones (including steroidal hormones added to livestock and poultry) from the body. It also provides the body with glucaric acid, a substance that that is essential for liver detoxification
CHOLINE 25 mg
Choline is proven to be essential for keeping cell membranes — the gates through which nutrients enter and wastes leave your cells — functioning properly. It also allows your nerves to communicate with your muscles, and prevents the build-up of homocysteine in your blood. (Homocysteine is a harmful compound that is associated with cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis). Choline reduces chronic inflammation and helps prevent fatty build-up in the liver. It is very effective at protection against heavy metal toxicity, and promotes brain health and function.
CHROMIUM GTF 33 mcg
Chromium picolinate works together with insulin to metabolize carbohydrates. It has been used in alternative medicine as an aid to lowering cholesterol or improving the body’s use of glucose (sugar).
COPPER (Copper Gluconate) 130 mcg
A very quickly absorbed form of bio-available/usable, non-metallic copper. Adequate copper is essential for immune function and hormone balance.
5-MTHF (Methyltetrahydrofolate) 160 mcg
This form of folic acid is proven to repair toxin- and radiation-damaged DNA. It is also a powerful methyl donor for support of numerous detoxification pathways.
GREEN TEA CATECHINS 15 mg
Green tea catechins have potent antioxidant activity. They have been proven as a tumor inhibitor. Multiple studies have shown them to be very effective against radiation damage, including high energy sources like x-rays and gamma rays such as those emitted from cesium 137 (Fukushima). Green tea catechins also directly absorb radiation. However, this quality makes all green tea from Japan potentially dangerous. Our green tea catechins are pure and non-radioactive. Several studies claim that hundreds who survived Hiroshima at ground zero had one thing in common that was responsible for their survival: drinking 20 cups of green tea per day.
HOLY BASIL/TULSI (>2% Ursolic Acid) 30 mg
Tulsi has powerful proven antioxidant properties, lowers cortisol levels and influences the neurochemistry of the brain in a manner similar to antidepressant medications. Regular use of this herb is reported to strengthen nerve tissue, promote clarity of mind, increase memory and ease nervous tension. A number of studies have shown how holy basil protects healthy cells from the toxicity of radiation and helps limit the damage that radiation causes to the bone marrow and digestive tract.
HORSETAIL 15 mg
Horsetail has been proven to support kidney function, tone the urinary tract and reduce water retention, thus improving removal of toxins from the urinary eliminatory route.
IODINE (from potassium iodide) 300 mcg
Iodine protects the thyroid gland from the effects of exposure to radioactive iodine, a very common form of radiation from nuclear plant accidents and nuclear events. Low dose iodine supplementation from seaweed is recommended for ongoing exposure of lower levels of radioactive iodine. Our form of iodine is from natural purified sea weeds.
Iodine supplementation has also been clinically proven to increase the body’s elimination of sodium fluoride (found in fluoridated water).
LITHIUM OROTATE 0.5 mg
Proven to both protect and renew brain cells. Effective against the effects of alcohol use and abuse and has been successfully useful as the main pharmacologic agent for the treatment of alcoholism. Radiation exposure quickly degrades white cell count and thus suppresses immune function dramatically. Lithium orotate stimulates the stem cells in bone marrow, which then turn into platelets and white blood cells. Lithium deficiency is extremely common because of exhausted farm soils.
MAGNESIUM (Magnesium Glycinate) 30 mg
The best absorbed form of magnesium. Magnesium is one of the most commonly deficient nutrients in the chemically toxic individual, and magnesium stores are also dramatically exhausted by stress and trauma. The benefits of magnesium include heart protection, detoxification, lessens PMS, promotes bone health, prevents cardiac arrhythmias, and promotes overall relaxation.
MANGANESE (Manganese Citrate) 0.833 mg
A powerful free radical scavenger which also helps reduce fatigue levels and regulate blood sugar. Essential for energy production and conversion in every cell in the body.
MOLYBDENUM 70 mcg
Molybdenum detoxifies sulfites, acetaldehyde, and a variety of toxic chemicals. These toxins occur naturally in coffee, bread, and ripe fruit, and are produced by plants as part of their normal metabolism. Acetadehyde is also produced by hundreds of manufacturing processes as well as oxidation of ethanol (drinking alcohol) and is believed to be a cause of hangovers. Pathways of acetaldehyde exposure include air, water, and groundwater.
QUERCETIN 30 mg
Laboratory studies show that quercetin has anti-tumor effects, and has potential to be useful against various cancers including pancreatic cancer. Quercetin, when combined with vitamin C, showed an increase in anti-mutagenic activity. Quercetin plays a critical role in regenerating glutathione and helps to eliminate toxic compounds found in the liver.
RUTIN 25 mg
Rutin is a powerful free radical scavenger and was found to be the most effective compound administered in a study of nutrients that protect against radiation exposure.
SELENIUM (Selenomethionine) 25 mcg
Selenomethionine is a natural and stable form of Selenium, and is the best-absorbed form of selenium. The production of glutathione is critically dependant upon selenium. Selenium is a common human deficiency. Adequate selenium plays a critical role in regenerating glutathione. It is also of key importance for efficient energy metabolism. In studies, selenium-treated patients developed almost 66% fewer prostate cancers, 50% fewer colorectal cancers, and about 40% fewer lung cancers as compared with the placebo group.
SILYMARIN 25 mg
Silymarin is component of Milk Thistle, and is a powerful antioxidant proven to protect liver, kidney, and other cells in the body and brain from toxin damage. Silymarin also decreases the oxidation (deactivation) of glutathione. It also stimulates growth of new liver cells and improves immune system function. It works in all phases of detoxification from binding to the toxins to increasing glutathione levels so the toxins can be moved out of the body.
SODIUM ALGINATE 105 mg
Sodium alginate, an extract from brown algae, is known for its ability to bind to strontium, lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, barium and aluminum. In a study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, sodium alginate reduced radioactive strontium absorption in the intestines by 50% to 80%. The Atomic Energy Commission recommends its use for those who experience radiation exposure.
TURMERIC (95% curcumin) 20 mg
Turmeric shows powerful anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities in numerous lab studies. Studies also suggest that curcumin extract (from turmeric) exhibits neuroprotective, anti-proliferative and preventative effects against cancer. Curcumin protects the liver and has been shown to suppress and neutralize several common chemical toxins.
ZINC (Zinc Picolinate) 5 mg
Zinc methionate is the most absorbable form of zinc. Zinc is needed in over 100 enzymes and is essential to countless body functions. It functions as an antioxidant and is critically involved in carbohydrate metabolism. It is also involved in the activation and utilization of many of the components in D-Toxol®. Zinc is universally considered the most useful mineral to supplement for heavy metal detoxification. It helps displace cesium, lead, mercury, and excess copper. Zinc deficiency is nearing epidemic levels in the US.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are summaries and/or abstracts based on the cumulative research by the National Institutes of Health including peer reviewed studies for the individual ingredients in D-Toxol®.*D-Toxol® and its ingredients are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, health problem or medical condition.
