I have been a certified nutritionist and professional chef for over 16 years and a Certified Metabolic Typing® Advisor (CTMA) for over 6 years. I run two highly successful practices out of two cities in the Santa Barbara, CA., area where I have worked with well over 1,500 Metabolic Typing® clients. My practice specializes in healthy lifestyles and weight-loss.
With the approval of Bill Wolcott, the developer of the Metabolic Typing® Programs, I have created unique cookbooks for each of the 6 basic Metabolic Types®. Once my clients assess their Metabolic Types®, I make sure that they all get cookbooks created specifically for their MT Diets.
